·  We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable or if there is an obvious pricing error.

6. Shipping

·  Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

·  Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

·  Jewelry should be kept away from small children because it may contain small parts that present a choking hazard.

·  Unless specifically stated, gemstones and beads have not been independently gemologically tested. Any disclosed treatments (such as dyeing, stabilization, or coating) are identified to the best of our knowledge.

·  Avoid water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals to help preserve the finish and appearance of jewelry.

·  Natural stones, wood, shells, pearls, and similar materials may vary in color, pattern, shape, and size, making each item unique.

·  To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
